Description
Forest Run MetroPark, located in Ross Township and bordering the City of Hamilton, consists of 342 acres with three activity areas. They include a variety of natural landscapes and habitats with opportunities for mix of outdoor activities.
Community and stakeholder input was gathered in early 2014 for the development of a park master concept plan for Forest Run MetroPark. The development plan will highlight enhancements to the area that would occur over a period of 5-10 years. Collectively, the areas included in the plan are the Wildlife Preserve Area, the Timberman Ridge Area, the Welcome Center, the Little Dry Run Area, and the Engle House Area (MetroParks' Administrative Office).
